Booking and Payment

A 20% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance

due 8 weeks before check-in.

If you need to cancel

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 8 weeks before check-in

  • 50% refund  if you cancel at least 4 weeks before check-in

  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

Why you need holiday Insurance

Cancellation terms are required otherwise the owner is left without sufficient time to find a substitute booking but still has the cost. Equally, it's only fair, that our guests have a fair amount of flexibility in making a final decision to travel, which the cancellation notice period provides. 

We always recommend taking out holiday insurance with your booking. A suitable policy will cover all your payments in the unlikely event you have to cancel last minute.
